The YSL Story
YSL Advisory began with something I kept noticing in my earliest work with clients, many of whom were friends and peers. The questions they brought to me were rarely just about taxes or investments. What they were really looking for was someone who understood the full context of their lives: their ambitions, their businesses, the trade-offs they were making, and the direction they were trying to move in. These are capable, high-earners who are clear about what they want. Yet their financial lives were scattered across advisors who each held only one piece of their story.
Over time, it became clear that the fragmentation many clients experience reflects how advice, products, and planning are segmented across the industry. There is a kind of financial care that truly works, where one person understands everything, connects the dots, and anticipates what comes next. This is something wealthy individuals already rely on quietly, often before others realize it exists. I know how powerful that level of support can be, and how rarely it was made accessible to people who were already doing well but still building toward what’s next.
I created YSL Advisory to offer this experience sooner. My work brings together wealth strategy and long-term estate planning into a single, cohesive view of a client’s financial life. I approach it the way a concierge approaches care, by paying attention, understanding the person behind the numbers, and ensuring that nothing important is left unmanaged.
At our core, the intention has always been simple; to create a financial experience that feels steady and supportive, so clients can move through their lives with the ease that comes from knowing someone truly has it covered for them.
About the Founder
I’m Oyinda, the founder of YSL Advisory. I’ve always been drawn to clarity especially when it comes to money. Understanding how financial pieces fit together comes naturally to me, and I’m deeply invested in helping others experience that same sense of order and confidence in their own lives.
I created YSL Advisory to offer a more considered way of working with money. One where financial conversations feel grounded, personal, and aligned with the life someone is building. My approach centres on clarity, intention, and thoughtful organization, so my clients aren’t left second-guessing decisions or carrying unnecessary stress. I take on the complexity, connect the dots, and provide steady guidance when it matters most.
Ultimately, my work is about ease. When your finances are handled with care and intention, you’re free to focus on knowing your money is quietly supporting you, rather than constantly demanding your attention.
